Mark as Useful Same thing just happened here. I was told the same load of $#! . About half way through the call, I realized it was a scam, told them never to call my number again. These people are sorry losers and need to be sent to be put out of business. For anyone else -- DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL!

Mark as Useful They stated they were a collection agency (ARS) their name was Tina Sweeney. I told this company when they asked for Betrise they had the wrong number months ago and remove me from their calls. Per Federal Law when asked to be removed they are required, they continue to call.

Mark as Useful Caller left a message stating he was with the State Investigation Department. It was urgent that I contact him to settle an urgent matter or they will contact my employer regarding my status and I would lose my job. A total scam!

Mark as Useful I seem to get these calls every few months... I did not listen to the whole message this time - Its the same you owe money, have to pay now or go to jail... it stops for awhile and then starts again.,
